This letter sent to Governor Capper invites him to visit the penitentiary in Leavenworth, Kansas. Because Governor Eberhart will be visiting on February 19, 1915; the penitentiary is extending the invitation to Governor Capper. Included with the letter is two printed papers: The Leavenworth New Era and The Penitentiary Bulletin. This is part of a bigger collection of Governor Arthur Capper correspondence.
