This file includes general correspondence relating to the Interstate Conference on Uniform Industrial and Insurance Legislation held in Chicago, Illinois from February 11 to 13, 1915. The purpose of the Conference was to create laws adopted across several states to solve the problem of insurance control. Topics included, but not limited to, in the correspondence is asking Governor Capper to represent the Kansas commissioners at the Conference, replies to Governor Capper by individuals he appointed to the Kansas commission, and Conference details.
