This file includes general correspondence relating to employment for the Panama-Pacific Exposition. The request asks Governor Capper to employ Helen Mesmer and her sister of Vermillion, Kansas at the Kansas building at the Exposition. Mesmer receives a response from the Governor's office that her request has been forwarded to Albert T. Reid. This is part of a bigger collection of Governor Arthur Capper correspondence.
