These photographs show damage to the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company depot in Edgerton, Kansas. On October 31, 1948, a Santa Fe diesel freight engine with thirty-three cars hit the depot damaging the front of the building and a car parked nearby. No injuries were reported. Repairs were made to the wooden structure.
