This Great Bend aspect beveled knife was found on the east side of the Kaw reservation in Morris County and donated in 1980 to the Kansas Historical Society. Repeated sharpening on the knife's alternate sides created the bevels. The Great Bend aspect style knife would have been hafted to a handle.
