These three rim sherds were donated to the Kansas Historical Society in 1975. They were collected from an archeological site in Doniphan County that had occupations in both the Early and Middle Ceramic periods. One rim sherd has finger nail impressions at the rim with horizontal tool trails below while another has a beveled lip and vertical cord marking. Both of these two rim sherds were from the Early Ceramic occupation. The final rim sherd is from the Middle Ceramic period occupation and has an outcurving collared rim. All three rim sherds were from jars.
