This series of letters and transcripts from World War II are from Clarence Rings of Holton, Kansas, AMM 3/C-AMM 2/C, during his time in the Navy. Clarence was deployed twice to the Aleutian Islands, but was mainly stationed at Seattle, Washington; Whidbey Island; Norman, Oklahoma; and Ft. Barrancas, Pensacola, Florida. The letters were transcribed and annotated by his daughter, Lana Rings.
