These two photographs show the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railway Company depot in Chanute, Kansas. The two-story red-brick building, completed in 1903, is designed in the Richardsonian-Romanesque style and includes a passenger depot, and a Harvey House. In 1987, the building was placed on the National Register of Historic Places. The structure currently houses the Osa and Martin Johnson Safari Museum and the Chanute Public Library.
