This marble was recovered during the monitoring of construction work at the Last Chance Store in Council Grove. It is made of glass with blue, white and red swirls. The marble has some battering damage, perhaps indicating that it was used as a shooter even though it is not a shooter marble size. When it was cleaned it is was noticed that the colors were most vibrant when the marble was wet. The Last Chance Store was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1971.
