This is sheet music titled Baby Dear written by Maude J. Mitchell. She was the daughter of William Mitchell and Mary Chamberlain Mitchell of Wabaunsee, Kansas. Maude was an artist and studied in New York City and later taught in Wisconsin. She came back to Wabaunsee in 1916 and lived on the Mitchell farm until her death in 1957.
