These two images show the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company depot in Harper, Kansas. The one-story "county-seat" style depot built in 1912 features a gabled roof with an operators' bay, a waiting room and a freight room. At the peak of the roof are the Santa Fe emblems commonly associated with a county-seat depot. In the first image a group of men are gathered in front of the unfinished structure. The second photograph shows the depot completed at a later date.
