Owens was received at the Kansas State Penitentiary on March 13, 1900 from Douglas County, Kansas for burglary and larceny. He was sentenced on March 1, 1900. Lewis Moore was received at the penitentiary on December 31, 1900 from Atchison County, Kansas for larceny. He was sentenced on December 15, 1900.
