This photograph shows inmates G. F. Williams, prisoner #9513 and David Blessing, prisoner #8297. G.F. Williams, also known by the surname Wellman, was received at the Kansas State Penitentiary on October 31, 1900 from Geary County, Kansas for pick pocketing and larceny. He was sentenced on October 22, 1900. Davind Blessing, also known by the surname Blening, was received at the penitentiary on October 27, 1897 from Logan County, Oklahoma for manslaughter.
