This photograph shows inmates Edward Vandorf, prisoner #9480 and Tom Williams, prisoner #8133. Edward Vandord, also known with the surname of Vandroff, was received at the Kansas State Penitentiary on September 27, 1900 from Payne County, Oklahoma for stealing a calf. Inmate Tom Williams was received at the penitentiary on May 14, 1897 from Lyon County, Kansas for assault with intent to kill.
