This photograph shows inmates John Rhea, prisoner #9505 and Frank King, prisoner #9164. John Rhea was received at the Kansas State Penitentiary on October 27, 1900 from Kay County, Oklahoma for larceny. Frank King was received at the penitentiary on December 14, 1899 from Atchison County, Kansas for burglary. He was sentenced on November 25, 1899.
