This photograph shows inmates C. B. Calhoun, prisoner #9582 and Willie Sell, prisoner #4080. C.B. Calhoun was received at the Kansas State Penitentiary on December 4, 1900 from Oklahoma for an attempt to shoot and injure. Inmate Willie Sell was received at the penitentiary on August 26, 1886 from Neosho County, Kansas for murder.
