Frank Redfield, also known by the surnmae Redfined, was received at the Kansas State Penitentiary on September 14, 1898 from Hamilton County, Kansas for burglary. Inmate Clarence Bailey was received at the penitentiary on January 8, 1899 from Wyandotte County, Kansas for assault with intent to rob.
