This photograph shows inmates L. D. Weaver, prisoner #8552 and Lot Branson, prisoner #9561. L.D. Weaver was received at the Kansas State Penitentiary on May 11, 1898 from Lincoln County, Oklahoma for robbery. Lot Branson was received at the penitentiary on November 26, 1900 from Osage County, Kansas for jail breaking.
