This photograph is of inmates Marion Mullis, 9423, and Chas. Revel, 7665. Marion Mullis was received at the Kansas State Penitentiary on June 22, 1900. Chas. Revel, also known under the aliases H. Miller and R.L. Lester, was received at the penitentiary on January 20, 1896 from Sumner County, Kansas for forgery.
