Fred Miller was received at the Kansas State Penitentiary on May 27, 1900 from Sedgwick County, Kansas for larceny. He was sentenced on May 15, 1900. Henry Harris, also known as Henry Lee, was received at the Kansas State Penitentiary on November 29, 1900 from Crawford County, Kansas for burglary. He was sentenced on November 23, 1900.
