Clarence Abrams, also known with the surnmae Abrams, was received at the Kansas State Penitentiary on May 20, 1899 from Leavenworth County, Kansas for burglary and larceny. Inmate Charles Williams was received at the penitentiary on October 27, 1900 from Oklahoma for larceny.
