James Murphy was received at the Kansas State Penitentiary on August 31, 1899 from Saline County, Kansas for grand larceny. Inmate John Callahn was received at the Kansas State Penitentiary on January 18, 1900 from Sedgwick County, Kansas for burglary and grand larceny.
