This photograph shows inmates William Johnson, 8650, and Theodore Agle, 9332. William Johnson was received at the Kansas State Penitentiary on October 3, 1898 from Wyandotte County, Kansas. Theodore Agle was received at the penitentiary on April 28, 1900 from Ellsworth County, Kansas. Both men were arrested for grand larceny.
