Robert McDonald, alias Red Boston, was received at the Kansas State Penitentiary on January 12, 1900 from Bourbon County, Kansas for burlgary. George Penn was received at the penitentiary on March 28, 1900 from Lincoln County, Oklahoma for horse stealing.
