This photograph shows inmates Chas Meyers, prisoner #7678 and Arthur Ingram, prisoner #8218. Chas Meyers was received at the Kansas State Penitentiary on January 29, 1896 from Edwards County, Kansas for assault with intent to rob. Inmate Arthur Ingram was received at the penitentiary on July 9, 1897 from Sedgwick County, Kansas for murder.
