Henry Tines was received at the Kansas State Penitentiary on May 27, 1900 from Sedgwick County, Kansas for burlgary and grand larceny. He was sentenced on May 15, 1900. Inmate Wm. D. Wells was received at the penitentiary on April 5, 1899 from Saline County, Kansas for grand larceny.
