This photograph shows inmates Earl Webb, prisoner #9599 and George White, prisoner #8031. Earl Webb was received at the Kansas State Penitentiary on December 12, 1900 from Cherokee County, Kansas for assualt with intent to kill. Inmate George White, also known as Thomas W. Murphy, was received at the penitentiary on February 24, 1897 from Republic County, Kansas for burglary and larceny.
