This photograph shows inmates John Perry, prisoner #8310 and L. Stammers, prisoner #8801. John Perry was received at the Kansas State Penitentiary on Novemer 1, 1897 for inflicting bodily harm. L. Stammers was received at the penitentiary on January 9, 1899 for assault with the intent to rape. Both men were from Wyandotte County, Kansas.
