John Dixon was received at the Kansas State Penitentiary on October 27, 1898 from Wyandotte County, Kansas for manslaughter. Harry J. Harris, also known by the alias Harry T. Hartley, was received at the penitentiary on November 5, 1900 from Sedgwick County, Kansas for larceny.
