Henry Morgan was received at the Kansas State Penitentiary on December 16, 1899 from Logan County, Oklahoma for rape. See also Unit ID 311281. Inmate Paul Phillips, also known as P.H. Phillips, was received at the penitentiary on June 13, 1900 from Kingfisher County, Oklahoma for burglary. He was sentenced on June 2, 1900.
