This photograph shows inmates Ed White, prisoner #8790 and Lee Conrad, prisoner #8501. Ed White was received at the Kansas State Penitentiary on January 5, 1899 for burglary. Inmate Lee Conrad was received at the penitentiary on March 23, 1898 for larceny. Both men are from Oklahoma.
