Edward Johnson was received at the Kansas State Penitentiary on January 18, 1901 from Marion County, Kansas for burglary. Frank Summers, also known under the surname Lommers and Sommers, was received at the penitentiary on October 2, 1899 from Oklahoma for larceny.
