A proclamation issued by Pennsylvania Governor Andrew Gregg Curtin following the death of President Abraham Lincoln. Governor Curtin addresses the rumor that John Wilkes Booth has been seen in Pennsylvania within a day or two and offers a $10,000 reward for his capture.
