Two studio photographs of Corporal Clarence L. Meyer. He was born in Alma, Kansas on October 7, 1898. On July 28, 1917, he enlisted in Company L, 2nd Infantry of the Kansas National Guard. He trained at Camp Doniphan until April 22, 1918 when the 35th Division was called to oversees duty. Meyer was killed in the Argonne Forest on September 29, 1918.
