Dear Sir   I was talking to Mr. Martin of Edgarton he told me that they expected you to address them on the temperance question sometime soon  I write to know if you couldnot make it convenient to speak to the people of Black Jack & Baldwin City at the same or while you are down there we would furnish conveyance   the people here are very anxious to see and heare a Governor who is a prononced temperance man and a christian
