Dear Friend.

Your letter of the 28th inst is at hand correctly noted.  In reply will say we cant dedicate our Tabernacle  without you and if you can't be here on Saturday next we will have to postpone the dedication to some other time.  we want to dedicate Saturday if possible but need, and must, have you here.  We have a Special Meeting to night Tuesday to make further arrangements to dedicate.

If you cant be with us send a telegraft upon the receipt of this letter, so we can govern ourselves accordingly.  I want to make an announcement to night one way or the other  yours truly  O.G. Richards
