Item Description Bookbag Share

To His Excellency

Gov. J.P. St. John.

Topeka, Ks.

Dear Sir

In behalf of the Youth's Christian Temperance Alliance of our City, I do earnestly request that you will consent to give a short address upon the subject of Temperance, at three oclock next Sunday P.M.  I have learned that you are to be in this city on that day, and hope you will comply with this request.  I will do all I can to give you a full house.

I have been elected by the Alliance, as their President, and feel that a great responsibility rests upon me, but with God's

Please answer by return mail, so I can have announcements made in Saturday and Sunday morning papers.

I am Sir

Very Respectfully
