This black and white photograph shows five switchboard operators for the Menninger Foundation telephone system. Menninger was formed to treat individuals with mood, personality, anxiety and addictive disorders, as well as teaching mental health professionals and advancing mental healthcare through research. It was located in Topeka, Kansas from 1925 to 2003, and is now located in Houston, Texas.
