Dear Sir – I enclose a letter this day rec’d from Capt Brown proposing to receive the Revolvers (as previously agreed) at our depot marked to his address & sent forward as per order. We shall have the arms packed in good order forthwith and if satisfactory to you that we make the delivery as proposed in Capt Browns letter, will send them as soon as we hear to that effect from you. Please return the enclosed in your reply. Yours very truly
