This photograph shows an overview of the processing line at the Iowa Beef Processors, Inc. in Emporia, Kansas. The company, founded in 1960 in Denison, Iowa, was the largest meat packing operations in the United States until it was acquired in 2001 by Tyson Foods Inc. based in Springdale, Arkansas.
