This photograph shows carcasses of meat moving down the processing line at the Iowa Beef Processors, Inc. in Emporia, Kansas. Founded in 1960 in Denison, Iowa, the company was the largest meat packing operation in the United States until it was acquired in 2001 by Tyson Foods Inc. based in Springdale, Arkansas.
