These two photographs show Henry Isely's cemetery marker at the Isely Cemetery located northwest of Fairview, Kansas. On November 6, 1909 the Hiawatha Daily World ran an article entitled "Large Monument" about this marker: "The large boulder that was brought to town several weeks ago from the old Jerome Hochstetler farm and which will be made into a monument to mark the last resting place of the late Prof. Henry Isely, was loaded into a car Saturday and shipped to Wichita, where it will be polished and engraved and then mounted. A traction engine with a wire cable was used to pull the massive rock in the car. The stone weighs something around three tons."

Date: Between 1950 and 1955
