This photograph shows John Staley Holden campaigning for District Judge in the Thirty First Judicial District. An elephant and donkey are wearing campaign signs. One of them reads "Whether Republican or Democrat Vote For John Staley Holden District Judge". The photograph appears to have been taken at either a fair or carnival. There are loud speakers on the car. The Thirty First district included the following counties Clark, Comanche, Ford, Gray, Kiowa, and Meade.
