This brochure has a large, sectional map of the Neosho Valley in Kansas on one side. The 500,000 acres of land for sale by the Missouri, Kansas and Texas Railway are marked. There is also a small, insert map of the entire state of Kansas in one corner. On the reverse side are at least ten good reasons to buy land in the Neosho Valley. There is a long article on sheep growing with an illustration of ten fat sheep and brief sketches of towns on the railway line including Humboldt, Neosho Falls, Burlington, Junction City, Emporia and Council Grove.
