Members of the Brotherhood of Railway Clerks, Freight Handlers and Station Employees write to Governor Allen opposing the Industrial Court Bill. They state that the bill "strikes at the fundamental rights of unorganized as well as organized labor..." and "...will reduce the great mass of laboring men and women of Kansas to nothing less than industrial slavery". The proposed legislation would have a tribunal decide on labor problems between employers and their employees.
