Standing in front of the station from left to right are William H. Province U.S. Naval Recruiting Officer and George P. Morehouse Chairman for the Membership Committee of the Topeka Navy League. To the left of the gentleman, a car has been decorated with flags and banners for a patriotic parade in Topeka, Kansas.
