This poster announces a fair at Smith Centre, Kansas, sponsored by the Smith County Agricultural Society. Highlights of the fair include good speakers, a band contest, and a balloon show. Free coffee provided by the Mokaska Coffee Company. The poster includes color illustrations of livestock, produce, and sulky racing. Also includes a circular of the Solomon Valley Fair Circuit with events in Smith Centre, Osborne, Kirwin, Phillipsburg, Norton, and Cawker City. F. J. Pattee is the fair secretary. NOTE: He is listed as F. J. Patter on the other 1886 Smith County fair poster.
