James D. Holden provides answers to a "series of questions the locigal answers to which demonstrate a vital truth:--I.E., that paper money (proper) may be made plentiful, without deteriorating in value below coin." While it is not clear if Holden is a Populist, he is certainly advocating solutions similar to those of Populists. The pamphlet was published in Emporia, Kansas and promotes other titles by Holden.
