This file includes general correspondence relating to claims against the Union Pacific Railroad company. Topics included, but not limited to, in the correspondence is complaints for a case lost in District Court where a railroad employer was injured while working, agreement signed by lawyers and parties filing against the Union Pacific Railroad company, and claims being tried based on court season scheduling. This is part of a bigger collection of Governor Arthur Capper correspondence.
