These letters, memorandums, and proclamations are from the Attorney General's office to Governor G. W. Glick. The subjects of many of these correspondence is O. C. Muncie, Joseph Lucas, W. H. Amsbaugh, and Clarence A. Seward. Joseph Lucas was appointed an agent of the state in the delivery of O. C. Muncie, who was charged with grand larceny. W. H. Amsbaugh is another subject who is noted as a fugitive with a case against him. Clarence A. Seward is another appointed agent for the prosecution of a couple railway companies. The rest of the correspondence are on other issues related to the Attorney General's office for which Kansas Governor G. W. Glick wanted information.
